Ron DeSantis (R-FL) this month introduced the Taxpayer Funded Pension Disclosure Act (HR 3200). If passed, the bill would make the pension information of retired federal employees subject to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).
The TSP Modernization Act (s. 873) enables enrollees the ability to make multiple age-based withdrawals after retirement instead of the current one-time withdrawal. The House Oversight and Government Reform Committee already passed similar legislation.
